Isle of Mull Cheese

Isle of Mull cheddar is the last remaining traditional farmhouse cheese from the Hebridean Islands.

Winners of the BBC Food and Farming Awards and Makers of the Best Scottish Cheese at the British Cheese Awards it's not surprising that Isle of Mull Cheese is delicious, but it is also truly unique and 'green'.

The cheese is made on a family farm with unpasteurised milk from our hardy, healthy island cows fed on organic grass and whiskey grains. You can see the cows in the fields or being milked daily at 4pm.

Or come earlier in the day and peek through the dairy viewing windows right into the vats where Isle of Mull cheese is crafted.

After being pressed and cloth bound the cheese is matured for a year in our own cellars.

Most importantly, the end product is available for you to sample and purchase in the Farm Shop.
